Mari: Esse é um livro bastante esperado lá fora, faz mais de um ano que ele foi anunciado e é o primeiro de uma duologia. Além da sinopse interessante e pelo fato de ser uma história com vibe medieval (amo), o que me desperta vontade de ler esse livro é o fato de ele se passar no mesmo universo de outra trilogia da autora, o “Crônicas de Amor e Ódio” (lançada no Brasil pela Darkside). Eu li a trilogia anterior e, apesar de achar que ela foi caindo em qualidade (opinião pessoal), achei o primeiro livro TÃO bom que faz eu ficar animada para os próximos lançamentos da autora. Acredito que não precise ler a trilogia anterior para ler essa e a DarkSide já anunciou que vai lançar também essa livro no Brasil.

Eu gostei bastante de todo contexto e criatividade de “Neve e Cinzas” e estou ansiosa para conhecer a nova série. Esperamos que seja lançado no Brasil, e logo!

Adaptação de Legend encontra nova casa!

Esperanças renovadas para os fãs da trilogia Legend que torciam por uma adaptação! Com os direitos adquiridos pela CBS Film em 2011, a adaptação iria ser dirigida por Jonathan Levine. PORÉM, acabou caindo naquele limbo de direitos adquiridos e projetos que nunca vão para frente, mas essa semana as esperanças foram renovadas! O projeto encontrou casa nova e é a BCDF Pictures que agora obtém os direitos para o cinema e TV de toda franquia Lengend e Joseph Muszynski foi o escolhido para escrever um novo roteiro baseado no primeiro livro! E a autora Marie Lu já se manifestou:

“O roteiro feito pela BCDF está fantástico e se mantém fiel a história e aos personagens,” disse Lu. “Eu estou incrivelmente animada para trabalhar com esse maravilhoso time e trazer Legend a vida.”

Lauren Graham irá escrever e produzir filme de Sorte Grande, livro de Jennifer E. Smith

Lauren Graham irá adaptar para filme o livro jovem adulto da Jennifer E. Smith, “Sorte Grande”. A produção será pela Good Game Productions.

A Jennifer E. Smith também escreveu “A Probabilidade Estatística do Amor a Primeira Vista”, na qual está há anos com um filme sendo desenvolvido, com Dustin Lance Black na direção. Desde 2015 os protagonistas já foram escalados: Hailee Steinfeld e Robert Sheehan. Porém, pelo jeito, acabou caindo naquele limbo das adaptações esquecidas. Esperamos que não aconteça o mesmo com a adaptação de Sorte Grande.
